i tried to pay the council on automated line but it says nothing owed , how can i stop the debt getting bigger and bigger its now 400 pounds for a [parking ticket, and how do i stop them coming and harassing me

Its because i have a bailiff coming in the morning and he said he will be taking goods.

I have explained i am in terrible grief following the death of my partner,

i explained i will not cope with the upset,
