Even if you had an account with Co op bank, it would be uncollectable by now.

Thanks for your reply. I'm still baffled as to how the coop gave got me having a bank account when I've never had one. I feel this company is trying to pull a fast one.

I have just been contacted by Link re an outstanding debt with the Coop bank in 2001.

I have never ever had an account with the Coop and

in 2001 I was in year 1 of my bankruptcy.

How have the coop got my details of a bank account I've never had?

Link say they will get the details and contract me but I have my doubts.

I left them in no uncertain terms what will happen if they don't.

I'm now concerned.

Is it a fraudulent account or are they trying to get money?

Any help will be gratefully appreciated
