Can any one help?. I am in litigation with Lifestyle conservatories, due to my misunderstanding with how the conservatory was to be built. They put structural supports in that I didn't like. What can I do. They have agreed to change the roof at no cost but I am not happy. I just want it taken away and all my money back. They are asking for the next stage payment but I do not want to pay. I am so confused. Help. From the installer who worked on this job. They lost and had to pay. No one won but the legal people.
