I travel for 11 out of 12 months and believe me, these travel agents including Travel Republic do not make sure their customers are treated well.

I had similar problem when I booked with booking.com. But that was long time back. They still do this to their customers? I mean that's rude.

Well, I have had a bad experience with these guys in the past. But try asking for a refund from them. seems genuine and they should address your concern.
