  1. I have had my car (Ford Fiesta) since June 21st last year.

    Now my issue is I have a knocking noise coming from the front passenger side of the car. No idea what it is.

     

    I rang Stoneacre up and they asked details and such and said your service is due, I had said, the service has been done through someone else because well they were cheaper then what stoneacre could do.

     

    He said ok, but your lifetime guarantee is invalid in that case, because you needed to get the car serviced with us for your warranty to be still valid.

     

    ok then, he said I can get the car serviced again with them and get my car looked at and repaired under my warrenty. I said Ill get back to him.

     

    I looked at my lifetime warranty book and it does say i should of got the car serviced with them.

     

    The car is less then 2yrs old.

    why cant I still get it done under the Manufacture warranty and not stoneacres.

     

    Im really confused on what i can do.

     

    When the car was serviced Ford parts were used on the service.

  2. I have given them their allowed time to process n send me my money what they owe me and I have heard nothing.

     

    I did receive a letter about my account that i have, because i was still paying for the TV.

     

    But the letter summed up what I had paid for the TV and they closed my account,

    so I dont owe them anymore for the TV.. But nothing about my reclaim.

     

    SAR received, claim forms sent back with calculations and cover letter.

     

    Were do i go from here?

  3. I have done my working out sheets, sent a letter with what I want doing (claiming money back) sent it all in plastic wallets, all neat and tidy.. sent the letter 1st class recorded, its been signed for over 21 days ago.

     

    They had 21 days to fulfill my request n give me what is rightfully mine..

     

    I have had no repsonse at all from them. What is my nxt step?

  4. so you've used the cisheet and put every osc/dlc charge in on its date

     

    and do a sep one for the PENALTY late fees.?

    Honestly aint a clue what you mean lol. All I have in front of me is my SAR and in that shows when I made a payment and my OSC/DLC and late payment charges. Ive added them all up on a calculator, but what am I to do now? What is the cisheet?

    Ive still not been down to the store has Ive been working alot.

     

    Ive not had the time and when I finish work the store is closed.

     

    Now I did tell them when they were at my door that day,

     

    That I would be down Friday to sort my account out,

     

    on that they said they will need to hold the tv until Friday then.

     

    I said no, and he was like well were gonna have to.

     

    I still said NO.

     

    even when I told him I will be in Friday,

     

    they have still rung me and i will write this in capital letters..

     

    they have called me 13 TIMES since that day I made this topic.

     

    They have visited my home TWICE!

     

    I said Ill be in on Friday,

     

    so why are they still trying to contact me!

     

    They do not understand English I dont think.

     

    What makes it worse is that the woman who came with him, I used to knock around with when I was younger,

    and she comes to my door acting like she doesnt know who I am!

  6. Ive just had Bright house at my door trying to get in to get my TV.

     

    They are demanding money and requested I pay them something right now on my door step!

     

    I was tempted to shut the door in there face.

     

    To be fair I have missed 4 weeks payments.

     

    But still demanding money on my door step!

     

    I wanna take this further, but I dont think I can with me owning them money.
