Hi people, long story short, i own a small business and last year was tricked into a contract with BES gas.

and have since i am doing everything i can to get out of this contract, which is 4 years on a viable rate at a starting rate of 5.24p and is called.

they cold called me everyday in the morning at least 2-3 times aday and i gave in to them in the end.

any ways, i would like to ask if there is anyone having the same problem as me right now, to take legal action against them because we do stand a better chance in numbers.
