in regards to SAR I sent them they just advised they could not comply, as they had nothing with my name on at the current address, so should I just reply to them

giving them last addresses ,

ok mould , so I should reply to arrow when they advised they cant comply as they don't have any records in my name at my current address for which the court papers are issued,

how far should I go back, I assume to time when they advised I took this alleged account out,

well i am hoping i will get a reply to the email i re sent to chief ex by Monday, i am not at this time not going to reply to arrow with any details, i don't see why i need to provide

them any information, when its them taking me to court, or taken me to court,

hi, totally agree with you about restons , i have tried everything to get information to resolve this, and brick walls have been placed in my way to prevent this,

i will be interested to hear mould view on the letter received saying they cant comply to sra request, and i assume i will receive same letter for cca request also

sent to arrow, i am also pretty sure that they also before going to court do they not have to prove that they have the correct person, also wont the paper

work they submitted to the court, or supposed paper work be incorrect,

also no replies from littlewood/shop direct. in regards to the e-mails i sent ,

lived at current address for some 4 years, and 3-4 years at the prev address, but never had any contact from either restons or arrow prior to getting the court

papers, seems a cheek there asking me to confirm were I have lived before , this would also confirm they would not have a valid assignment, or default notice

i would think, as you would think prior to court action they would have to confirm or send notices to my current address if they believe this to be my debt, which its not,

but as for arrow global saying they have nothing , my credit file clearly states a default in payment at my current address, so if they no paperwork in my current address

were did the paper work go, to process this default, which by the way was not on my credit file prior to the court case starting ,

interesting letter in the post, from arrow global, two weeks ago, I sent them a sar request, for any data they hold, the reply today advises me they are

unable to comply with my request , as they have no records or paperwork with the address I am currently living at, and asking me to submit to them

any address I have lived at for last 6 years or so, be grateful for your thoughts,

hi mould, yes all paper work sent, poor photo copier worn out, followed everything you said and marked in borders with highlight notes for judge

hi, all, no reply to my second e-mail as yet I sent to shop direct ex team, really need to get the paperwork into court for set aside, as court paper advises I need to make payment by 1st

December , I have placed restons on notice that I am going to apply to have this set aside, as advised and sent them request for further info, as mould suggested, but I will need some

help filling out the n244,
