My car was stolen off my drive by anglia client of CC collections (logbook loans) they never knocked on my door just got in the car and drove off in it. Please help. This was AM 5/3/2012

cc collections came and took my car at 6am today. No knock at the door as they had a key for it, I just heard the car pulling off the drive.

Yes LBL lost their Appeal but nothing to do with the BOS issue. They won that one

 

They lost licence for pretending to be a firm of solicitors. They carried the deceit from customers solicitors the FOS and the OFT and that the level they stoop to.

 

The Appeal was only to test the companies fitness to hold a consumer license.

Which they lost?

That's if they locate the car and my bos could very well be invalid

I have posted the OFT email about the attestation issue and LBL won that so that point cant be used.

I have not come across one case that the BOS has been void. Not one.

 

Unfortunately some of the posts on here are not correct with ref the BOS unfortunately.

I don't know the full facts but when intake into account that my car was removed this morning under the name of cc collections and not logbook loans I'd say that they lost

I'm thinking going down the route of just reporting it stolen and claiming for the car?

Yes because I do use it for that purpose. It also had my work tool and tool kit in the boot which they put on the letter as listed items

The car is still reg in my name!

The log book they have is an old one as I ordered a new one to tax it as I lost my reminder.

Insurances and deposits????

I am reporting it stolen to the police and going to let my insurance know!

Hi can someone be clear on the situation of logbook loans please, can they repo or not?

I had fallen behind with my repayments and they took my car I did manage to get it back only to fall behind again.

Before they could repo it for a 2nd time I moved address and have ignored any calls I have had to the point where they have stopped trying to contact me. It has now been 3months since I moved.

Also when I originally took out the loan it was not done correctly as I didn't have any proof of income and the chap just told me to go along with him and I'd get the loan.

Oct 2011 I had an agent come to my address to do a RESIGN by the name of Ian henderson who signed all documents with me at my house.

Can somebody please inform me of anything positive as my relationship is on the line as my partner has warned that if the car gets repo'd again she's gone.
