  1. Contact the high court and they will tell you that they are not enforcing any logbook loans or nine regions bill of sales as they were null and void because they lost there licence all loans are unsecured and they would have to go down the county court route but both logbook ltd and nine regions are in administration to avoid there own creditors

so tell any pretend bailiff to sling his hook and you will see them in court

nine regions /logbook want there cake and eat it they were struck of for being unfit to hold licences for lying about there solicitor . They are hiding behind ltd companies then trying to call in the loans they have no licence and no company they are just trying it on tell any bailiff you want to see the letter from court granting possession of your car

they wont have one so tell them to take a long walk or you will call the police for harassment

if everyone with a loan with nine regions stands there ground as insists on court action it will cost them a fortune no cc j no car etc

  2. Hi guys just an update on nine regions and logbook loans ltd

nine regions are trying to collect money using a company called cc collections ltd the company has no licence and is listed on companies house as dormant

the licence they are using belongs to springfield finance ltd . They are sending letters from there old address bridge studios logbook hq and even staff are emailing from old emails pretending to be cc collections ltd they are still up to there old tricks

they also changed the company name on companies house on 27/2.2012 to lbl realations ltd reg no 03636230 reg address bridge studios

logbook loans ltd was inc on 21/1/2012 reg no 07906629 they are playing games with the oft and companies house they have changed the reg address to lynton house 9-12 tavistock square london

log book uk regions ltd is still trading and this is the company were all of nine regions payments were made in to there bank account they use similar names on accounts so your not actually sure who you are paying

if you get any letters from cc collections ask them for there licence number and ask how they have bought the debt from rsm tenon the administrators as the company is listed as dormant on companies house reg no 04066924

don't roll over and if they keep chasing offer 1p in the pound as that is normally all the creditors would get don't be bullied they are clutching at straws trying to get every last penny they can

  4. I have a question, my husband took a log book loan out in may against his car, the loan was 715 and the repayment I think is 2312, we have fell on some hard times and our daughter was very unwell and due to this we fell behind on repayments, they have said our car is getting repo'ed but I know the car won't sell for 2,000 odd plus the charges of 880 which they want for it beind passed to a debt recovery. Therefor I am refusing to hand the car over due to the lack of compassion and the fact they are bullying us or at least trying to, the car is in a locked garage attached to our home, I'm just wondering if they can break into my garage? And help or advice would be great, they can kiss my arse if they think they are getting our car please advise on the best way to take these horrible people head on? We have tried to offer what we can but unless we pay the 800 odd they are unwilling to negotiate anything

hello first thing is first apply for a new logbook tell dvla that you have lost your old one .

then when you get the log book back ask a family member or a good mate to put the logbook in there name try and find some one as far as way from were you live as possible anouther county etc

keep the car hidden until you have done this

call the high courts and ask about bill of sales they told me that all lbl and nrl buisness is null and void and they are not enforcing any action due to them losing there creit licence

tell lbl or nrl that you have sold the car for an amount and you are happy to settle with an amount that you feel fair if not ask for them to take you to court they can not take any action with out a ccj and if they go to court you will stand a good chance of winning as they have been told they are not fit to hold a credit licence and have been found lying and tricking customers .

most of the money men have left the company as directors and they have put some one in place to try and tie up lose ends they do have anouther company with a licence called logbook loans uk regions ltd this is the company that on your paying in book you have been paying , money laundering . they are loan sharks and they keep changiing the company names and they move the money around to avoid tax then fold the company . play them at there own game and move your car around via the logbook this will waste some of there time . check your paying in book and see if the account number is 17169011 sort code 60.18.11 natwest if it is and you took the loan out with nine regions ltd or logbook loans ltd this is fraud you probally see on the paying in book a payment ref that says nine regions ltd or log book loans ltd they put this on the slip so it looks like you are paying the money in to a nine regions ltd account when you are not , fraud call them and ask why they will lie but make them aware you know there game and you want to go to court to settle and you have sold the car . the ball is back in your court . they will lie but dont fall for it . so remember hide car, change docs, tell them you sold car . contact high court . check bank details . offer to setle a fair amount out of court at about 8% apr as your were most likely told the apr was if they dont want to deal tell them you will see them in court

hope this helps and good luck

  7. But only 7 posts?????.Still the same poor grammar and spelling mistakes as CCTV Engineer??? The same accusations that anyone who disagrees with you, works for LBL??....

Tom you are a cad aren't you??????????

You make generalisations that don't stand up under scrutiny.

Now stop this nonsense that other desperate individuals don't fall for your misguided advice that you fail to substantiate when challenged...Just like CCTV....who could never substantiate his statement of facts.

As to who I am. I'm the guy who got his Jaguar back from LBL and compensation to boot and appeared as a witness for the OFT against LBL. The guy who also posted his judgement on the CAG for others to see. WHO ARE YOU?

    Merry Christmas CCTV!!

hello i have beaten log book and i am not hear for a argument i am only passing info that i hope can help people i am glad i am not alone and i dont intend to misslead anyone

i spoke to the high courts and was told bill of sales null and void if by logbook and nine regions this came from the enforcement officer in the high courts of justice london

i am not writing a court letter or any other important document so not been fussy on grammar etc

i am only trying to help if anyone writes to the high court with proff that there bill of sale was incorect for what ever reason they are null and void i am only passing on information from the court office

my name is not tom or cctv or anything simular

    merry christmas

no point arguing lets work together cheers

  8. Dvs you are spot on.

CCTV Engineer is back but calling himself People Power V Logbook. He is still spouting misinformation to confuse and cause further problems for those looking for ways out of their predicaments with Logbook Loans/Nine regions?

He has claimed previously to have a fictitious lawyer up his sleeve that can win cases etc but it is all hot air. He doesn't have any shining knight nor unique legal information that stands up under scrutiny. What he does have is time to spout nonsense that he can then not substantiate. Unfortunately his information defies belief but offers false hope to those in most need. I hope he stops....

All Bills of Sales are not null and void regardless what People Power v Logbook states.

Where has People Power appeared from? Good question....Please do not rely on his misinformation for guidance.

    hello who ever you are

    i am not cctv engineer

i have been dealing with log book and nine regions for some time and they lie about everything the lost there rulling on atestation this means that all bill of sales signed and witnesed by the same person on behalf of logbook or nine regions are null and void this is fact if the bill of sale has not been filed corectly it is void fact this law i am not making it up .

i called the high courts and asked for them to confirm and they did under atetation rules if your bill of sale was witnesned and signed by a rep from lbl or nrl they are void also i was told that they are not enforcing any action due to the other fact lbl and nrl had lost there apeal and there licence had been revocked

i put it to who ever dissagrees with this information probably works for nrl or lbl as they have about six months to try and collect old debts .:jaw:

i suggest when you call the high courts you mention the atestation issue and the fact they have lost the licence fact fact fact there is case law to back all of this up on here

thankyou not cctv engineer, but people power :-x

  9. all bill of sales from logbook loans and nine regions ltd null and void no agreements are secured on cars vans etc tell them to take a long walk they need to take you to court and register a ccj before any action can be taken cut the clamp of by the padlock take to the nearest police station with a new padlock and key and hand it as lost property

ask any builder with a disk cutter £20 should do and they will cut the lock of as long as you dont remove the clamp and damage the clamp no offence

tell the pretend bailiffs to go and get a proper job don't be bullied they are sharks and they are lying log book and nine regions are dead in the water

  10. Thank you so much for your advice - you really are a star!

LBL tell me they can STILL take my car after the appeal by date because i signed a bill of sale - are they playing with me in the hope il panic, find a money tree & pay them do you think? (i am usually an intelligent lady but my confidence is now zero so i may be asking you silly questions here just to clarify!)

They say the court order only affects new business but they are very much going to appeal? - would they leave it this late to appeal normally?? I'm hoping to god they dont appeal as after Friday i will be able to call the police and fight the repossession.

I cant imagine how embarrased you was at work - how evil are these people!!

One annoying part is the owners wont face criminal charges - there are many people in prison who have more feelings and morals than these sharks.

all bill of sales from nine regions ltd or logbook loans null and void call the high court in London and they will confirm this for you

all agreements are not secured on any cars ,

they are bullies and any bailiff they send will be acting outside the law

they can not collect the cars they will have to take you to court and try and register a ccj before any action can be taken against you

and in court they would not look good after losing all there cases and being told they are unfit to hold a licence

even if they win there appeal the bill of sale method is no longer law and the high court think they are a joke

  11. hi there every one ref repossess your car i have been speaking to the high court justice and they told me that all bill of sales from nine regions and log book loans

are null and void and the courts would not take any action . so log book or nine regions or there latest word play company logbook loans uk regions ltd can not take your cars

all loans are not secured on the cars this came from the enforcement office at the high court

just for the record they have been money laundering because after some investigation if you have a bank book the account the money is paid in to is

logbook loans uk regions ltd but you will find the ref no is nine regions ltd or logbook loans ltd

they have kept this other company safe and it still has a licence, log book or nine regions have changed there names several times over the last few years

but they always have a backup company i have linked the directors to 14 company's most at there current office address

  12. hello there just to give an update i spoke to the high courts justice were all bill of sales were registered and the court

told me that all bill of sales registered by logbook loans ltd and nine regions ltd are null and void and that none have been registered on any hpi register

watch for the company logbook loans uk regions ltd they have this company waiting in the wings with a licence they will probably try and pretend that they are the same company .

tell them to take a walk the loans were with a separate ltd company and the have no security on any cars any more they will lie but just send them on there way and contact the oft and report there new company

the directors have been changing like passengers on a plane all the money men have left and they shut down the companies they have been doing this for 10 years with other companies bye bye logbook / nine regions bring all of your cars out of hiding and carry on with your lives they are sharks that have been killed

  13. Is there any news on the outcome of the court case against log book loans ??

I took out a loan with them in October last year....My circumstances changed significantly since the loan has been taken and they are now trying to reposses the car !

My boyfriend who i got the loan foolishly for, left me and refused to repay not long after it was taken and I soon fell into arrears with it... Baliffs have been to my parents address twice to take the car, after being told by my parents and myself over the telephone that I no longer live there !

They have refused to take an arrangement to repay originally and on a second conversation said that I would have to pay half (£1500) before any futhur arrangement can be made (i cannot afford this) .... The car is off the raod and i recently found out that it is in need of repair and will cost £2500 to fix which again I cannot afford..If logbook loans take the car, they would probably just sell it for scrap, leaving me with the remaining balance to still pay ... I enquired to the baliffs over the phone after they came out the first time about the court case and they confirmed that my bill of sale is one that would fall into the 'disputed' contracts due to the date it was signed, but that they had WON the case (is this correct) .... I have tried to contact logbook loans via email as their lines where unobtainable via telephone and have received no reply .. Im 7 months pregnant (which they are aware of), my mum and dad both have medical conditions so them knocking on their door knowing I am not there is not helping at all .. I have not got a clue where to go with this and dont think I can take anymore stress, do you have any advice for me ??

I have just read on another thread that logbook loans lost at court ... is this correct ???

If the Bill of Sale and Credit Agreement where signed by the the same person it makes it void ... this is the case with mine, but i need to get my facts straight before I ring the repo company

    .

Log book and nine regions have lost there credit licence because they were told that they are unfit to hold a licence

They also lost the astation issue any agreement signed and witnessed by a rep or some one on behalf of log book makes them null and void .

You have to write to the high court and ask for any bill of sale removed they were not correct at the time of registration so they have to be removed by law.

Also any agreement that is null and void under the atestation issue could also be void due to errors and the way it was written .if you want to waste some of there time simply keep changing the name and address on the logbook and have there fake bailiff running up and down the country

Also you need to write to Dvla and ask for a replacement v5 saying you lost yours you need to do this ASAP as all v5 are being replaced with new red ones .get a new logbook and then if you want to **** logbook of keep changing the keeper and address. On the docs to waste there time

Nine regions and logbook have new companies waiting in the wings I have linked the directors to 15 companies past and present there latest [problem] is logbook loans uk regions ltd a word play on both companies any letters you get check the company registration number on companies house web check
