Formal Grievance Procedures
in Employment and minimum wage problems

hello,
i recently have been having some trouble with my manager at work and feel i am a victim of harassment therefore i put in a formal grievance against her which is still pending. what i want to know is today i was called into a disciplinary hearing against myself which she was in on. I'm not entirely sure but i thought she wasn't supposed to be involved with me till after my grievance has been taken care of.
what i want to know is has she broken any rules sitting in on the disciplinary i had today?
