PI claim
in Insurance/Assurance Companies (Not Car Insurance)
Posted
Hello there
I was involved in a RTA a few months ago, the tp driver hit my car in the rear and the other side have admitted liability. I still have on going neck and back pain. However on the same day hit my car whilst I was at work and the front of the car had been damaged. I only saw the damage after work the person had not left a note or anything.
I reported both incidents to my insurance, however only got the got the repairs carried out for the accident where I was hit in the rear as I did not want to loose my no claims bonus. I went through my own insurance for repairs and the excess was written off.
In my medical appointment I was asked if have had any previous accidents I didn’t mention that someone had hit into my car when I was at work as I was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident. Therefore I simply said no. Will this affect my claim in any way, will the third party insurers raise this issue?
Your advice will be much appreciated
Thanks
