Please can someone advise me on my working hours

I work for a local housing association on a 24 hour contract

As part of my rota next week I have been put down to work Fri pm 5.00pm-10.30pm then I am doing a sleep-in which starts at 10.30pm until 7.00am, then I am due to work from 7.00am until 11am then back in that evening at 5.00pm until 10.30pm.

This seems a bit much, although my sleep-in shift is supposed to be a sleep-in we can and do get called out at various hours.

Any help much appreciated

They have said i have to reply to them in 7 days not sure if i will have time for SAR? Thank you for your help this site saved me from HFO a few years ago dont know what I would have done without the help i received then what a great site :)

the only paperwork i have is for when they changed my additions account to active in 2010,

when i rang them to see if i could increase my overdraft and i was stupidly talked into paying £15 a month and then transferred to someone else who talked me into getting Aviva life insurance at time i had 3 small children so agreed to it to get off of the phone quickly and have stupidly never cancelled any of it

I have received my complaints form this morning to claim back fees, I have had an account with Barclays for 26 years and can re-call the Addition account being added mid 90s when i had an o/d, then they changed it to Additions active in 2010.

On the form it asks if the account has ever been joint it was for a couple of years by my ex-husband, the account was originally mine, he was taken off of the account at least 10 years ago now do i have to fill his name in on the form?????!

Hi, have had no internet since last week so have been unable to do SB letter will do this evening, just a quick question! Today i recieved the same letter again ( copy of aplication form) however i also had enclosed in the envelope a letter from Barclaycard stating:

Ref section 78 of the CCA 1974 it goes onto say please find enclosed a copy of your original executed agreement and a copy of our latest t&c, it then goes on about CPR 31.16 AND CPR 48.1 (2) SHOULD I JUST DISREGARD THIS LETTER and send the SB letter???? thanks xxx

just another question after trawling through all threads on HFO can a copy of my application form for a barclaycard be used in their defence?

Hi all, well after a period of silence from HFO i have today recieved a letter from them with a copy of my barclaycard application form with my signature on and 3 pages of statements the first

dated 9th June 2005 with no payment paid then another statement dated 11th July 2005 with a payment i made 21st June 2005 for £100.00 then a statement for 9th August 2005 it says on

the bottom your account is seriously overdue your card has been withdrawn. You must pay £1255.25 immediately followed by a further payment of £103.75 to reach us by 09th September 2005.

Where do i go from here? I have paid nothing since 21st June 2005, as always any help gratefully recieved xx

Ok, so not being thick can the beloved HFO still try and take me to court? Aswe know they dont play be the rules.

I thought that it took until after you missed a payment and recieved a default notice that the debt became SB?

Hi! my last payment to BC was 21st June 2005 so my 6 years are up, although i understand it takes a bit longer to be SB.

I havent heard anything from HFO for 2 months ( touch wood!) should i be worried????? When does the debt become SB???

Any advice on sending the above letter anything i should add or change? For some reason some words have no spaces will ob change this when sending letter any thoughts.

I have sent HFO SAR and today they have written to me and returned my postal order.

Their letter says- SAR we acknowlegde safe receipt of your letter and note contents.

Please find enlosed our application and upon receipt with the relevant identification, we will then forward the information requested.

They want either Paspport, Birth certificate, driving licence or recent utility bill.

On the last page there is a space for my signature.

Should i fill this form in and return it? Strange how they can threaten me then want ID!

Sorry but getting a tad confused should i write to HFO as you posted yesterday on my thread or should i send SAR to HFO, they have recieved the CCA and account in dispute letters as i sent them recorded, im sorry if im asking the same questions but want to get it right !

The account was opened in the late 90's, when my husband and i seperated and sold house we paid the debts we could,unfortunately we had our mortgage with GE who charged us a fortune for early repayment of the mortgage im sure that BC were paid off but obviously for one reason or another it wasnt. I have moved several times since then but have always had my post re-directed for at least 4 months each time. So had i heard from BC i wouldnt have ignored the payments as i already have a plan with the CCCS for other debts i would have put the debt on my payment plan.

The BC was in my name but my ex was a named cardholder on the account.

The first letter i recieved was from HFO on 1st Aril 2011 Reminder of Assigment
