Well update on the situation, after looking through some posts on here i think i'll be comftable to ignore the 10 day notice and let it default, then contact the Dept recov team and organize a payment plan.

Hey people, New here.

Been scouring the forums for a few weeks and finally decided to swallow my pride and start a thread,

Late last year i stupidly took out a PDL with Payday Express, I was employed at the time and shortly after i lost my job and home, i had too move back home with my parents and well basically i never said anything to them about the loan as i was afraid i would be evicted and left homeless.. (they would do this too me..)

So i basically hid and ignored all the letters and calls, Today i recieved a final notice claiming i had 10 days to sort the agreement. and well basically im Sh*t scared.

Amount owed: Original 250 + 165 interest.

Help?

Also just noticed this was in the wrong section, apologys.

I was due to have my JSA payed into my account this following saturday, checked my bank on the morning and nothing was in. however they claim to have payed me. so someone has taken them.. not sure if it was the bank or my PDL company.
