VCS are threatening to take me to Court in today's letter. I was not the driver of the vehicle and responded to their Parking Notice before coming onto this site which gives advice to ignore. I have told them (twice) that I am the Registered Keeper (they got details from DVLA) and that I was not the driver and that I have no legal obligation to give them that information. They have quoted a couple of things like Pre-protocol (huh?) and stuff from the Road Traffic Act that I have to give permission to the driver of my vehicle etc etc... So do I now just ignore today's threat? Has anyone on here actually been taken to Court by VCS, I have read other threads saying there is a 1 in 1000 chance of actually being taken to Court. Any views pls? Thanks for all your help, am a determined beginner...!
