I'm just after a few more bits of advice regarding my 'debt' with CapQuest.

I sent the first letter, the SB one and have since received a reply saying that I paid them £20 five years ago! They have only sent this - no proof that I did - and i really don't remember doing this.

What do I need to reply back? They are demanding full paymnet of the balance.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
