Help which template letter do i use to request my list of charges for the last six years its a business account !!!

Hi i'm a small business and about to start claiming bank charges back. My question to you is how did you obtain your six years list of charges ? Did you use the template letters on this site, if so which did you use ? I'm a bit confused would appreciate your help. thanks

Hi guys I`m new to the forum still finding my way around it all seems a little complicated but onwards and upwards, would be interested in hearing from anyone who has challeneged HSBC with charges on a business account, well 3 of them in total ! Should i be doing each account separately ? I have just ordered the law pack so would be grateful for any input till they arrive. Hope to here soon x
