I have just had a notice of seizure posted through my door for 2 parking tickets that I know nothing about. He claims that he has levied on the car outside but it is owned by my company. This is the first i knew about the parking charges and I was the legal owner on the dates it claims the parking fines occoured, but I started a new company six months ago and the car was titled in the limited company name then. Can they levy on a car registered in a limited company and also on the notice of seizure of goods and inventory it has the correct reg no and penalty charge notice number but on the inventory he has put the wrong reg no on. can anyone please help because the wife is going mad. Baillif is Bristow and Sutur and the baillif that attended is legal i checked his name out on the name check site.

I cant believe it, I have just received my second DN for the car, the first I received in Nov 09 and ignored but phoned local office and arranged to pay extra each month. Well local office now gone and have been redundant for a while so no payments made. Just received a new DN but all the info is exactly the same as the Nov DN. It states that the amount paid is less than a third but lower down it has the correct amount paid which is about a thousand more than a third. I hope they act on the wrong figure and repo, they are probably dumb enough for that. Just had to spend 600 on MOT and not sure whether to spend more doing bits that are wrong if they may turn up any day and take car.

Unfortunatly the court doesnt open till 9 and when I tried phoning I couldnt get through till 10.15 by which time all the baillifs had left. The court clerk couldnt tell me whether the warrants had been withdrawn so will have to try tomorrow. I will go to the court and check first things. Will chaise the PPI with the FOS and try to speed things up.

I have received in writing from both solicitors that the warrants have been cancelled and the files closed. I will call the court in the morning to confirm.

I will do, they said i may want to phone the court and cancel but I said I will cancel when the baillif has confirmed it has been cancelled.

Well I am absolutly amazed. Just had a call from endeavours solicitors, they have just received the N244 details and have advised their clients to withdraw the eviction. WOW Ell-enn you are good, obviously they knew they were fighting a losing battle. Will of course call the court monday to check, but what a result.

This is only my view but im sure the N244 scared them as they hadnt sent figures to me and knew of our financial situation. Im so pleased I have been a cagger for a while so that i could get help with this issue otherwise I may easily have lost my house. Go CAG spread the word and make sure we help others.

I have just received 3 letters from Halifax's solicitors stating that the warrant has been suspended and the file closed. All letters to me (have they not heard of saving the planet). Checked with the court and they havnt been notified yet, but have it in writing from them anyway, so have some evidence if i need it. Will check with the court on monday to make sure it has been cancelled.

I have stated this in my defence, but knowing my luck it will turn up in wednesday's post. Thanks for the support, unfortunatly there are a lot of people in the same situation. There are a lot of vultures out there as well, since the eviction notice was served i have had a load of phone calls from debt management and "we will buy your house off of you and you rent back" rip off merchants.

The post has just arrived and nothing from Endeavour so still no idea where I stand with arrears and whether costs have or have not been included. So it looks like I will be going into court blind without any idea of arrears etc.

Im sure all will go ok for you, with Ell-enn on the case your in good hands. Sorry to be nosey but why does it need to be heard by a circuit judge and not a district judge. Just interested in case anyone else may be in this situation. I am due for repo on thursday but hopefully will be able to sort it out in court.

Hearing Wed 24th March at 10.15, so what do I do now? what happens about moving out if things dont go our way, can they expect us to move out in less than a day?. Do we look for alternative accomadation which will mean we will have to put a deposit down before we know whether we are staying or not. We have been in this house for nearly ten years now and it is crammed to the rafters with stuff we would be lucky to move it all in a week let alone a day. If things dont go our way can we have the repo order postponed to enable us to move out properly?
