Do Not Let Flg Get Away With This. Please .

To do any kind of legal action will cost more money - money i cannot afford to spend! What more can we say on the subject we have been ripped off by Frank Galler. Natasha Tate & Russell no longer accept calls they have a lady who continuously says they're busy, popped out etc so they have washed there hands of it. Unfortunately no one on the Tate Lloyd thread offered any advice or if they got there money back - i can only assume not.

Hi Oreogal, I understand how you feel, i understand how everyone feels. FLG has taken money from all of us , where has it gone, ? . we can only find out if we ALL get together, it will hurt but i do not beleive we should let it go. FLG has taken moneys from some people and done nothing, there is a case , but everyone needs to pull together. This can be done, this man has taken a lot of money from many people. Free advice is available and i would get it . but I need to see people here . They say nothing can be done, let a JUDGE have his say. FLG still beleives he has got away with this , he has not, TRUST me, he will end up in court thats if no one bumps him of first, I want him in court. PLEASE get everyone on here , and i promise i will go see a solicator. I want numbers. Regards dave

if u paid him or the company by card, then u have to go through your bank within a certain amount of days.

 

other than that the only other way is a joint legal action against the company, but that could cost thousands.

Hi again, I think joint legal action is the way forward. I have said this before, it would show how many people he has ripped off.

i also have just recieved 'the letter' from mr galler stating he has resigned and ms rees is liable (which we all know isnt true) and if we want to persue him to contact these solicitors, to me seems mr G is biding some time hence sending these letters out to us! he has signed this with his spanish address, thought he was already in the states??

FLG is still in england, will find out more this weekend.

i have just called suffolk police and they didnt seem to know what i was going on about??!! also they do not have a fraud squad there?? interesting to say the least!

When things started to go wrong for FLG, and my wife rang the fraud dept, we gave all files to them. I started all this in jan 2009. FLG gave me all files and said you are free from your dedts. I have given him many people who are close to me. As things got worse he just took the money and ran. Hopefully you will all get your files back.

we have his spanish bank detais, and i have a passport photo of him on my comm, god he is , evan if i were gay , im not , on my unshaggable list.

I wish princess, the fraud sqaud have found many of our files from F... little gremlin.. they are also checking on how many properties he has. I have given them 6, there are more.
