hi, I have read these posts and feel I would like to comment. I have been contacted by Triton regarding my RBs account. I have missed one payment, through no fault of my own, and they said they'd pass it onto their legal team? any advice?

Having read this forum, I would like some advice.

I had a credit card, but, like many, sutrggled with the payments at times. The balance has since been passed to Triton from RBS. I have missed one payment, due to my wages, not my fault. But, Triton now say they are passing it to their legal team. What does this mean and how do i stop it?
