  1. Thank you. I will send the letter 13 and offer them a payment arrangement that they will hopefully accept.
  2. Thanks for the advice. Is it worth sending letter 13 as they have defaulted by not responding to my CCA request?
  3. Hi Mark. Although I CCA'd them I have not had a response.
  4. Hi Postggj Sorry for the delay, scanner problems. The letter of voluntary letter is attached. I dont know if its important but their letter had the registration number left blank. Many thanks VS 1.pdf VS 2.pdf

  6. Hi. I have attached the agreement - I hope this is ok. Thank you for your assistance.
  7. Thank you for your comments. Yes I have the agreement - Fixed Sum Loan Agreement Regulated By The Consumer Credit Act 1974. Can they force me to sign this? I was under the impression that I could request a Voluntary Surrender but not have it forced on me. As they have not responded to my CCA request (sent by recorded delivery) is there anything else I can do? Many thanks
  8. Hi, I am looking for some advice please. Purchased a vehicle through GE Money (now Santander) in August 2006 on a 5 year loan. Been struggling for the past 11 months and now £600.00 in arrears, Recieved a demand from a collection company called CodeRed (but who said I should contact Viking Collection Services) who I CCA'd (to provide me with a true copy of the credit agreement ). Strangely I got a reply with the documents directly from Santander. I then received a letter of demand from Red2Black who I also CCA'd on 7 August this year. I have received no reply to that but today received a lettr from them saying that Santander has instructed them to accept a Voluntrary Surrender of Vehicle. They have asked me to sign an attached form and return to them within 7 days to arrange return of the vehicle. Can they do this? Yes I am in arrears but have been trying to make regular payments and I obviusly dont want to lose the car. Thanks in advance for any help. Also posted under repossesions
