Hi all, Please please could someone help me. I finished working for a company in 2005, only today i recieved a letter from a company detailing that i have been overpaid by £500 but this is the first i have heard of being overpaid and the first time i have been contacted by anyone regarding the over payement. The last payment i recieved from the company was for holiday pay and what i assumed was my last pay from the company. Does anyone know where i stand legally with having to pay this money back?
