got letter back from barclaycard today saying that there first letter stood and they would not be paying me the full amount, so look like its court after all, so any one help in how i should fill in my court claim have got the forms on line but not sure what i shoul write in them,

sent my DPA request to northhampton 26 days ago got no reply so rang up to day not very nice person on end of phone says they have no record of my letter but it might be in bolton i asked for phone number but she says she did not have it and gave me the address .so should i resend it recorded post to the address she gave me in bolton or wait till the 40 days are up.

ok so im just sending my LBA. tomarrow with a bit in it sayin that i will take the £136 as a part settlement.so here goes wish me luck.

Sent Claim Letter On 10/08/06 Got Offer 19/08/06

made a claim to b/card for £340 they have sent me an offer to repay me £136 the difference between oft £12 and £20 they took.so do i change the LBA letter to say ill take this or just send it as it is.

count up the charges and send them a total that i am claiming back or do i list all the charges in my letter asking for payment

was looking online and the court online site says 2000£ limit in northern ireland small claims court,what will i do if my claim from capitol one is more than this which i think it will be,

mint sent back my letter saying that i had not singed it with a pre paid letter to resend it so it on its way back pronto,Capitol one say they got my letter and will send the data when they get it.

i sens them a postel order.is that ok

i did not use recorded post should i resend a new letter just to be sure.

when i get my statements back how do i get my final total,what charges do i count up.
