Hi all when I checked my bank today for my esa payment i found an extra esa payment of £10 was put in yesterday 24/06 and my normal payment today has this happened to anyone else. tried to call dwp but on hold for over an hour.

had live chat with Kati jo on council tax advisors and asked why they have misleading info on there sites and was assured that that page will be removed just to add it was tuesday 26/05 at 12.00 that i spoke with them .

I would also get in touch with BBC watchdog/rouge traders

He only got around 3 payments in about 5 hours wonder how many customers told him to "f**k off" ignored him or hit him with the doorstep letter.

an evil thing to do would be to fill in the form and claim the oft and your local trading standards owe you £1000's.

sounds like a standard threat o gram, complain to oft and trading standards

If they have not sent a copy of your cca and just more threats then send the in dispute letter.

Send to cca request to whom ever is chashing you for the alleged debt it is there duty to get it or to pass the request on to the orginal creditor. sorry missread your post send in disspute letter
