once you have won ppi claim does the loan have to be re-calculated from day one taking into account all payments that have been made?

just reading your thread we have much the same nemo have recalculated and taken our over payments and interest owed to us but we now owe a lot more than when we started they want to increase our monthly payments by £250.00 each month what cowboys

won back ppi via ocean finance £25000.00 which i was told had to be paid off balance of loan did that and reduced monthly payment

also received £10000.00 compensation paid directly to me that was 2 years ago recently checked annual statement and found nemo had added the £10000.00 back on to balance they now say there will be a shortfall of payment and require an increase in monthly payments till end of loan it works out my win will cost me £30000.00 any advice anyone

hi iv,e just started my process on cca and recieved a reply from citi card the sent me a copy of terms and conditions unsigned and un =dated and with on ones name on do they think im silly and will accept this?
