  1. Thank you for your comments this is an interesting/fascinating/worrying site and clearly something needs to be done to regulate the whole parking ticket issue.

     

    Incidentally, I had paid my day's parking (as I always do) and left the ticket in full view on the dashboard. It seems that when the door was clsed it generated a draught which flipped the ticket upside down!!:rolleyes:

  2. Your advice relates to NCP at railway stations- does it apply to APCOA?

    I have a "civil penalty notice" issued at a first great western station when a valid ticket was purchased and left on the dashboard. I'd be keen to know if they are authorised to issue fixed penalties or are just another [problem].
