And me. After ignoring their last two letters, Ive also now had one from Newlyn Plc who seem to be a debt recovery company.

Hi All,
Just browsed over this forum while searching for "Civil Enforcement Ltd". I am a business owner who received the initial parking offence notice. The time and date of the offence was queried by the driver who disputed their claim.
It was passed on to me as the business owner and I basically decided their offence did not look official.
Deciding that no action was required by me (as actually suggested on here) I am today in receipt of their "Final Reminder" and request for £120.
Again, this notice will be filed in the shredder.
I'll update you with their next move.
It was reassuring to have my suspicions confirmed by this thread!

Update : Now on my third letter from Newlyn. States this is my final chance to settle the amount (up to £195 now) before being passed back to their client for court action. I have 7 days.
Well, another addition to the recycling bin.
