What would really be useful , if someone could post an agreement that was unenforceable and post it on here with the parts highlighted which made it unenforceable.

From what i have been reading it would help a lot of members.

Thanks for the offer of help peter , I have sent two 1st letters off to DCL , and Lloyds Tsb , Lloyds.

No response from tsb and DCL sent me shed loads of invoices plus part of my TC'S but missed loads of it out , gave me PARA's1-5 then scrubbed the rest out and then gave me the last page with my signature.

I am still paying them both, but if I send the second letter which is now due, why do I still keep paying them when I have said I will not as they have not complied? that's the bit I do not understand?

There are so many knowledgeable people on here, with all the temp plate letters and helping and giving advice whilst dealing with their own problems a big thanks to them, has anyone set out the procedure from the 1st letter to the last, and in what stages on what to do and look for, and what action to take and when? Could be really helpful , if anyone has the knowledge or the time .

Can Anyone help here i sent my 1 st cca letter off and got a reply from hillsden securities regarding my egg account although the signature is OK , i don't know if its me or not but is a lot of the cc agreement missing and if it is are they trying to hide it? what should i be looking for , thanks for any help.

it only goes up to 5.1 then looks like the rest has been rubbed out.

Sorry guys but if the cca is returned, what are we looking for just the apr to make it unenforcable? and also would it not be better to ask for charges back before asking them for a cca?
