Hi,
I was wondering if someone can cast their eye over my credit agreement with llyods tsb. I am not sure if this loan in enforcable im pretty sure i completed over the phone and they sent out my original loan details, this agreement has no signature box i feel this maybe a copy can someone help?

Please can someone have another look there is no tick box and it also has no date on the agreement unless i missed it, im pretty sure the agreement was taken out in October.....

Hi All,
Fistly i would just like to say thanks for the advice i have read already, although i am still a little confused.
I have sent a cca request to llyods for a personal loan i have, i am looking to do the same to egg and mbna, I have this template i found on a forum. Is this template correct???

With reference to the above agreement, I/we would be grateful if you would send me/us a copy of this credit agreement and a full breakdown of the account including any interest or charges applied.
I/we understand that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 [sections 77-79], I am/we are entitled to receive a copy of any credit agreement and a statement of account on request.
I/we enclose a payment of £1 which represents the fee payable under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
I/we understand a copy of any credit agreement along with a statement of account should be supplied within 12 working days.
I/we understand that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they fail to comply with the request for a copy of the agreement and statement of account under these sections of the Act.
I/we look forward to hearing from you.

Please can soemone have a look at this CCA
Im not sure if this is enforcable as it has no signature on the application.
Can someone help and explain why or if its is forceable/unenforcable.
