Think this company needs to be taken down ASAP and from that guys description its an exact match, i spoke to an Indian sounding guy too!

Good news.

 

Looks like I've got HFC on the run. They have admitted liability and I'm getting the remaining outstanding balance written off in the next 4 weeks , or so.

 

Barclaycard are next. I've written two letters to them, and they havent even replyed. So I got my statements out and they are next.

They won't like it when I hit them with a charges claim, as well as miselling PPI.

Get sound legal advice,as you are in an IVA. I kept on bombarding my creditors with letters, usind National Debtine Guide lines and also obtained a copy of the Financial Ombudsman Guide book to banking code of practice. I did consider an IVA, but you can beat them.

 

My own thoughts on your circumsatnces is that you may have entered into this IVA when you didn't really need to . You could have negotiated with HFC as I did. Yes they were complete idiots at first but it has now swung in my favour. NEVER GIVE UP and look at the outcome I now have( ok its taken nearly a year).

An IVA locks you in for five years. There is help to be had out there, Remember , you are NOT alone in your fight. Let us know how you get on.

i am having the same trouble a a few others with the lending group. there is no where to find them, and my bank has no details on them. my bank also says it cannot stop them from pilferring my account as i gave them my card details for what i thought was security reasons. i had their phone number and told them not to take any money from my account, however this seems to still of been done. what can i do?

Same here! really not happy. and now they will not even talk to me after the telling off they got from me, mine came in via theloansupermarket.co.uk - the hold music/adds is for carter & Carter Financual and the people that took the money is the lending group

Hi all, I had a few finance agreements with them and then a loan or two to include all the seperate agreements into one. I am not sure IF i was missold my PPI would anyone like to help me work out if they have? if I had PPI on a agreement already, then when i took out a loan to pay off all them and pay one lot of intrest (they agreed this would be the case) did I need to take out PPI on the new loan? Really confused and this is not my strong point. also am now on an IVA due to the High intrest on a loan from them.

Any help would be great.
