recently asked for ppi back on a loan back in 1998 ppi was paid in one lump sum at the time loan was taken out

there reply is they will refund the full ppi in the next month and no interest

just asking should i push for interest as well if so how do i work interest out?

after info on claiming the added late fees back added to mortgage account

also sending advisor to our door without permision costs

can they be reclaimed ?

Well after reading this great forum for a few days not sure its possible to deal with problems following other theads so going to start my own

never taken on debt collectors untill now allways paid what I could

first need help with bank of scotland agreemeent has been going on some years now and we have gone though many dca companys

latest is

letter saying we have assigned your account of £1xxx:xx to 1st credit ltd please contact them immediately

does one

1 ask for cca then what?

2 eat letter for breakfast

not sure what agreement it is now but 80% think it was credit card probably with load of charges

ge money are disapointed with me rrrrrrrr

well have 2 houses decided to let one get repossesssed as my wages have dropped of a cliff self employed builder

both houses have no equity someone robbed it last year sometime,

both mortgaged unfortunatly with ge money just both before credit crunch damn well had so to much work etc...

ge money as you may off probably heard off them before are next to useless on dealing with my situation except adding costs

oh and ringing

within 2 months behind had one suspended repo (renters moved out) order now have told them situation house is empty back in august 2008 and have it back sent keys back

guess what just keep adding charges just sent letter today saying your the mortgagee and pay up areas in full but no repo still

why they not repoing? if i was living there would have been long gone ?

will the 18000 yes 18000 early settlement fee still be added if repoed

2 1/2 months behind on 2nd house the one i will try to keep no court action on this one so far hopefully work will pick up soon
