Same thing has happened to me. Spoken to them twice now and left two messages on their ansaphone.

They ask you to confirm address and they then say they will post it out in "normal" post.

Having now found this site, I am very dubious about this....

On 28th March I had a card posted through my door (Royal Mail) saying a package could not be delivered as they "needed further instructions from me". This was from First Direct Logistics (no address).

I rang them and they said they needed confirmation of my address before they could deliver a package. I confirmed my address and they said they would put in in normal post and I would get it by Tuesday. Today is Thursday and nothing yet - so I rang again and was somewhat shocked at the way I was spoken to by the telephonist. She said it would be with me soon. I have now found this site and am wondering what I should do next?
