I cannot answer that as it is entirely up to yor own court. Have you called Nottingham court to see what is happening eg whether they have received an application from DG to stay your claim again?

I have a feeling that the letter from DG was the one should have got when they applied to stay your claim. It looks very similar to all the others that people have received from them.

Did you ring them up and tell them that your wages were going in on the 11th. Or did they ring you and you explained the situation to them. The only way I can see why they would have charged you £100 is that they could see your wages was due to come in on the Monday on the Friday before and as it was the weekend, and normally receipts do not go in on a weekend, they only charged you for the 4th,5th,6th & 7th. Therefore 4 days @£25 per day = £100.00.

Do HSBC charge for the weekend? If they don't then the charges would be £100 for that period.

Have you got a photo bucket account. If you haven't sign up (It's free). Once you have signed up, you will need to be in the "my album" section. On the right hand side, you will see an upload box. As you have said you have scanned the agreements on to your machine you will need to make sure you are in the "images from my pc" part. then click on browse and find your scanned images. If there is more than one image you will need to use the other "browse" buttons. then all you have to do is pres "Upload". Once your images are on the site you will then be able to copy them on to a post here. To do this, find the image, right click your mouse, select copy, go to your post on CAG, press right click again and then paste.
