i was in weston super mare court yesterday and was told by the judge that a high court judge ruled all cases are to remain stayed until outcome of the test case.she was very friendly and said her hands were tied as it was a judge higher up than her that had made the ruling,apparently it is to have parity between all courts.

my case at weston super mare county court was stayed,i applied for the stay to be lifted using n244 form and the letter off penaltycharges.co.uk i have now got a hearing on oct the 4th for my application to be lifted

and it did not cost me anything to do,i will post details of what happens on the day so the list can be updated

i am taking abbey to court i have gone through all the stages and now waiting for a date.

i want to be prepared if it does actually get to court so i have been looking for the court bundle to download but can't seem to find it.

can someone post a link to it or tell me where to find it please?
