I windered if someone can advise me as Sainsburys Bank (under HBOS) have refused to refund me my measly £175 charges. Is it worth going to court for this and are there other actions I could take? they say the reason they are refusing is because the charges applied were as per my original agreement. Any help would be much appreciated!!
