hi all, am new to this site, when i first logged on i found a site where you could print off all of the letters that you can send to the bank to claim charges back, but i cant seemto find them now, can anyone tell me where abouts i should go. think there were about 5 different letters to print off. thanks.

hi everyone this is my first post on here. My husband and myself are in the process of getting everything together to claim bank charges back from the royal bank of scotland. Was wondering if anyone else on this forum has had any joy. thanks
