Hi Jaz
I had the same problem. So I finally went into my local branch and demanded that I was given my statements. A very help lady took me into an office and after fifthteen minutes had printed off all 6yrs worth of statements and admitted that all branches are able to do this! Kicking up a fuss in public works well, and the warning that they have broken the law and should expect a fine.
I would try it, you got nothing to lose!!!!!

Hi everyone
Well we are at that stage now. I used money claim online to issue my court action on the 14th Feb and recieved that they intend to defend the whole claim on the 16th Feb. Not to sure what is going to happen now. Would love all the advise, help and support anyone can offer
Cheers

Hi guys,
Well it took me 44 days, 5 phone calls and 3 visits to my local branch but I have finally got my 6yrs worth of statements. In the end a nice lady took me into an office and printed them all off their computer there and then. It took 15 minutes and it was all done. So why 44 days? maybe they like complaints being made against them! Who knows? Can someone let me know who and how I should complain, just to rub salt into their wounds.
Cheers guys

Hi everyone
Well after waiting 44 days for my bank statements it turns out that they have only taken £4321. Believe me it felt like a lot more. That solve me small claims problem eh. well sending letter on 08-01-07 by recorded delivery so I will keep you updated.

Hi everyone,
I am almost ready to send the first letter, just one question. What do you do if your claim is more than the £5000 small claims limit? I am looking at approx £9000. I know a lot of money, I have a fairly good job and they just kept taking the charges. At the time I didn't realise there was anything I could do about it! Any advice would be great.
Thanx
