Hi there, I'm new and very interested. My question is, do the £10 penalties I get charged every month for being overdrawn count as illegal, and can I claim these charges back in the way outlined on this site? Also, does anybody know if the amount by which I am overdrawn will affect whether or not I can claim it back? For example, if I am overdrawn by £50, are they more entitled to charge me £10 than if I am overdrawn by 25p? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
