Hello everyone please avoid kwik fit! I took my XC Volvo 85k miles to do wheel tracking 6 weeks ago to kwik fit, left car there after 20 minutes have call back they need to change front tyres because they 225 instead 235 and i agreed to do it, paid nearly 400 pounds for 2 new tyres and 4 wheel tracking. 4 weeks later 1 of the tyre start loosing air so i stop in tire shop to check and guys told me i have to change front tyres and do tracking again i couldn't believe this, so went to another garage and same story, garage nb 3 same story it make me furious, went back to kwik fit and they told me i have to buy new tyres so they send back to michelin to check them, it was line then they over fill a cup. I phoned to kwik fit, the guy answered was polite and told me Essex manager will contact me in next couple days to do investigation and solve problem. Gone week nobody contact me so i phoned them again and i cant believe nobody know about that no record been hold absolutely nothing and same story, thank you for calling, someone will contact you in 2/3 working days. 3 days later i wrote complain to kwik fit by email, now 2 days gone i been stopped by old bill, Essex police, very nice men he show me, my tyre cords its visible and i cant use my car no more, i showed them kwik fit bill, so go away no fine and no points and maybe good advise. They advise me to get recovery truck take my car to Volvo dealer get all sorted and ask them for report. As you all know dealers i have to wait 4 days till Volvo have space to do all that + I have to hire car for 1 week + it will cost me again lots of money and question is do i will ever get it all back. Please help if someone was have problem sorted with kwik fit?
