Thanks. Do we know what timescale is allowed for charges to be returned after a judgement is issued?

And when one has been issued, what does it mean? Do they have to pay up - and if they don within what time scale?

Not every transaction is authorised there and then (apart from Solo and Electron cards) Shops have a 'floor limit' a good example would be £10. All transactions below this are authorised automatically by the shop (apart from a few which may be randomly checked).
