  4. Thanks, have already done HSBC and Capital One, just thought it was strange not to reply at all. Looks like I'm no the only one with no replies

  8. Thanks. Do we know what timescale is allowed for charges to be returned after a judgement is issued?
  9. And when one has been issued, what does it mean? Do they have to pay up - and if they don within what time scale?
  10. Not every transaction is authorised there and then (apart from Solo and Electron cards) Shops have a 'floor limit' a good example would be £10. All transactions below this are authorised automatically by the shop (apart from a few which may be randomly checked).
