No, I believe that it comes up as a question as part of the process so there is no particular issue that it is concealed in their terms and conditions. The reason that we say it is unfair is because first of all there is no choice in the sense that everyone in the industry is doing it so it is not possible to go to another provider and select a service without that provision.
