Scotland has a different legal system from England and Wales.

It's swings and roundabouts. Up in Scotland we were at a disadvantage as our small claims limit is only £750 (to change to £3000 in Jan), so loads of Scots went to court in England, now it will be other way about! A lot of cases have been stayed in Scotland as well though.

Bank of Scotland account 1 - £2,666 WON

Bank of Scotland account 2 - £2,500 on hold

GE Capital charges -£30 won (hey, every little helps!)

Barclays Partner Finance £425 charges - £225 offer accepted.

Finally debt free after 4.5 years, thanks to my Debt Management Plan through Payplan. There is no better feeling :D
