Cheers zootscoot

Ive just recieved a letter basically saying they've received my request but I can sing for it coz everythings on hold due to test court case lol.

What do I do? let it sit with bank or carry on and file for court action?

I know Im not going to get a payout anytime soon because of the test case but wonder where the claim is best to be sitting waiting on outcome?

If you file your claim you will be entitled to interest at 8% if you don't file your claim you get no interest although you won't have to pay the court fees up front. Not all claims are being stayed, although admittedly a lot are.

Ultimately the decision is yours.

Best of luck whatever your decision.

Zoot :)
