I previously won my case and received approx £800 back from them of unlawfull bank charges but now it has started to add up again over the last 8 months including this month them charging me £58 for a £2.89 switch transaction that took me over my overdraft . Can I start the process over again as when I threatened this on the phone to them they said I had accepted the amount last year in full and final settlement therefore they won't be refunding any more ...but these are new ones !!

Hi Tor

you will know the situation is different from the last time you made a claim, but have you read this

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/halifax-bank-bank-scotland/107582-oft-test-case-what.html

Also suggest that you have a look through the won threads above to find similar cases, as there are second claim winners.

Good luck!

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-
