Hi,

i successfully claimed back my charges from HSBC earlier this year and want to do the same with my capital one charges which, so far, tally £472. my question is, are people still being successfull against capital one and are they part of the test group?

also, how do the letters differ to the ones i sent to HSBC?

Thank you dearly

The test case is for Bank Charges not Credit Cards - so it's business as usual with the Credit Cards.

Letters are in the template library and the spreadsheet calculator for charges
