Hi,

I am in the same boat, not sure about them closing an account.

But did you receive the full amount refunded?

How long was it after you filed the court claim?

Thanks

Hi there,

See my thread Brand New Customers Only

This appears to be Nationwide Policy. Today is the day that they have closed my accounts.

Hope the above reading matter helps, there is a course of action, if you are in a position to take it, which unfortunately I am not.

Regards to all,

David

Yes they are closing mine as well. Bankfodder suggests getting an injunction if you want to keep the account - I'm not that bothered, and writing to the OFT to complain, which I will do this weekend.

£949.54 reclaimed from Nationwide June 06
