As the title says, thank you for posting a link to lateralus' thread 'Court Bundle for Dummies' at last something I can understand, I had spent a long time reading things which were way above me.

I am new here. I am claiming the Bank charges for my daughter. Tunbridge Wells County Court have accepted the claim (just as all the OFT stuff began) and the letter from them says Barclays have until 23rd August (this Thursday) to reply.

When the time comes, do I have to ring the Court to see if this has happened? If they have not, what do I do next?

Also, is there anywhere I can find Barclays terms & conditions as at 2001, when my daughter opened the account with them.

Unfortunately, she kept her problems secret from me and has not kept any information.

I would very much appreciate any help you can give. Many thanks MM

If they fail to lodge within the timescale then you can apply for judgement, although the courts may allow them more time.

Theres nothing lost in calling the Court at 4pm on the deadline day.

Barclays will almost certainly apply to have a judgement set aside in any case.

Also worth checking what the current policy is in your court with regards to the ongoing oft case.

Hi again saintly, I have gone to that link you posted at 11.29. It is where I went before, I just don't know what to do when in there.

I click on Barclays T&C's for 1996 (and tried T&Cs Booklet 2000) but it's when that opens, I'm in trouble. Download/upload?? Pay for this? etc. It is just not clear what I should do.

Sorry to be such a numpty. MM

MagicM,

Print these instructions and try this.

Using Saintly's link, select the T&C's closest to what you need by Left Click on the link.

On the Rapidshare page, scroll down to the table and Left Click on the bottom right box "FREE".

Scroll down and you'll see 4 bold letters. Left Click the box marked "Here" then copy the 4 letters shown.

Left click the "Download" button to the right.

A small screen should open and Left Click "Save". Note the name of the file first so you recognise it later. Close down the various screens and the T&C's should have been saved to your own documents. Print 3 copies for your Bundles.

OR on the small screen, Left Click "Open" and then print 3 copies of the T&C's from there.

Hope this works for you, Slick

Hi Slick #5. Thank you for that, I did eventually manage to download but I did the 2001 Booklet (which is the year my daughter opened a/c) and it prints too small to read.

But I didn't save it to My Docs. Perhaps, had I done so, I could have enlarged

it.

I then tried something else, but ran out of the 'free' allowance.

I will try again later today (have to go out) and let you know.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. MM

Magic M,

I've printed it off and it IS very small but, as it is very unlikely to ever actually be read, print off the 3 copies for your Court Bundles anyway.

If you can't do that, send me a PM (personal message) with your address and I'll print off 2 more copies for you and post them to you.

This can, of course, wait until you are preparing your Court Bundles.

Slick
