redrafting POCs

I found this comment in relation to the hull cases on the front page of CAG somewhere.

 

It was decided to redraft all of the particulars of claims and this was carried out by our counsel Raymond Cox QC in consultation with the entire team. I was aware that for a fee a POC could be amended. I did not think that it could ALL be redrafted as well as statements and court bundles and so, in effect change the whole basis of a claim How interesting. In what circumstances could this apply and what would be the cost.
