Hi

I sent a letter to LloydsTSB a while ago (the one from the templates) asking them about £450 bank charges, I had a letter back saying they were sorry I didn't agree and that if I still dotn agree then they will give me the address of the Financial Ombudsman with which to continue my complaint. This has scared me abit and have not sent anything else, mainly because I have two accounts (one constatntly in my overdraft) with them and a loan neither of which I want them to close.

So, do I go ahead and send the next letter ot just leave it ?

Help Please ...

Hi

It's up to you, it is your money. They could call in your overdraft, they probably won't call in your loan unless it is in arrears. But at the end of the day the choice is yours.

Good luck with whatever you decide:)

Barty:)

I WON!!!! :D :D :D
