hi all

I have been pointed in this direction for tilly 49 to seek wisdom and guidence.

I have jump on the band wagon of just taken hsbc to court, but i have got to a point where I not sure what happen next. I started from moneysavingexpert and now i have ended up here. Hsbc have filed a defence, so i have just recieve my "Notice of transfer of proceedings" to my local court.

By i have just relised I am not as clue up than i should be. I would like to know what happen next and what is the best course of action. Also what is the "Allocation questionaire"? I WANT TO KICK SOME BANKING A$$! In the right way of course.

Once you claim has been transfered to your local court you will then get notification from your court as to what will happen next. Please bear in mind that you will probably get a letter from DG (HSBC solicitors) saying that they will apply for a stay (put your claim on hold until the test case with OFT has been resolved).

Allocated Questionnaire is basically a form you have to fill in to tell the court which route you want to go down ie small claims track etc. This usually gets dispensed with.

A prudent question is one-half of wisdom.

Ok! if i recieve that letter or when? Is it best to wait to see what the courts say or write to dg in the mean time.

I would have quoted what HSBC stated in their defence but i will as soon as i can.

thank for the wisdom!:D
